Attendance at this program entitles certified
Canadian College of Health Leaders members
(CHE / FCCHL) to 12.5 MOC I credits toward

conference. Two-day conference fees only. No
single days offered.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Cancellations received in writing prior to
September 15, 2011 will be refunded in full,
less $100 administration fee + HST. No refunds
after this date. Substitutions will be honoured
if received in writing.

Fees include: 2-day conference – plenary
and breakout sessions. Breakfast, lunch and
refreshment breaks both days.
